A paver driveway is a five-layer structural system — and four of those layers are invisible the day it's finished. We publish our spec, build to it on every job, and warranty the result for 25 years.
03 — Crushed aggregate base. Crushed limestone placed in 2-inch lifts, each compacted to 98% Proctor density with a plate compactor. The single biggest reason surfaces fail — and the step most bids quietly halve.
